A generalized, privacy-safe view of the systems, organizations, and technical problems I lead and build. The through-line is platform and systems depth combined with broader engineering leadership.

    Led and built systems across cloud platforms, release infrastructure, observability, integrations, and production operations.

    The common thread is durable engineering infrastructure: clearer ownership, better operational visibility, stronger reliability, and architecture that scales without unnecessary cost or complexity.

    Built and led distributed engineering organizations across multiple technical functions and management layers.

    Focused on leadership bench strength, clear ownership, operating cadence, and keeping technical judgment close to organizational and business decisions.

    Worked on carrier-grade distributed systems, telemetry, release qualification, production escalation, and reliability engineering.

    My systems background started with Linux and IOS-XR networking infrastructure and continues to shape how I approach production systems, failure modes, observability, and operational design.

    Led modernization across high-volume event data, streaming and ingestion systems, warehouse and reporting infrastructure, and analytics platforms.

    Treat data infrastructure as an engineering platform with reliability, observability, economics, governance, and downstream consumers — not simply as a reporting function.

    Built and led engineering functions around integrations, APIs, escalation handling, developer experience, and operational tooling.

    The goal is to turn recurring customer and operational problems into better product, platform, tooling, ownership, and engineering feedback loops.

    Led engineering-side security, audit readiness, tooling decisions, risk reduction, and enterprise technical governance.

    I approach security and compliance as operating systems that need clear ownership, usable controls, automation, and steady engineering cadence.

    Use AI coding tools, internal agents, structured workflows, and automation to improve engineering leverage.

    I am most interested in tools and workflows that survive daily use: measurable leverage, clear guardrails, review, cost awareness, and ownership rather than one-off demos.

    Homelab and Independent Projects

    Maintain a private infrastructure environment and build independent products to stay close to systems and implementation details.

    Networking, storage, virtualization, Kubernetes, monitoring, automation, and side projects give me a place to test ideas directly and break things safely.
